Dear Colleagues, We are happy to inform all the FNP 2004 participants that the Proceedings have been finally issued. The Contents is available here so you can detail any paper references. We start disseminating the book among the participants but, of course, it will take us some time. Please give us the preferable mailing address to which the book should be forwarded (especially if it differs now from your registration form). Also, we will greatly appreciate if you inform us when you receive the book. We are grateful to all the authors who were in time and whose contributions made the volume very interesting. We do hope the FNP 2004 Proc. will give the readers a true notion about the Conference and, which is even more valuable, about the state-of-the-art in the field.
